My passion for birth began years ago through birth photography, where I had the incredible privilege of witnessing families welcome their babies into the world. Being invited into such intimate, transformative moments, showed me the strength, resilience, and beauty that exists in every birth story.

As my love for birth work grew, so did my desire to support families in a more hands-on way. Becoming a birth doula felt like a natural next step, allowing me to walk alongside parents throughout pregnancy and labor, offering encouragement and unwavering support as they prepare to meet their baby. 

I believe that every family deserves to feel heard, informed, and empowered in their birth experience. My role is not to direct your journey. but to support you in making the choices that feel right for you and your growing family. 

When I'm not supporting clients, you'll often find me behind a camera, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with my family + friends. I am a storyteller at heart and have always been drawn to preserving meaningful moments and human connection, whether through photography or birth work. I value authenticity, adventure, and finding the beauty in everyday. 

My approach to supporting families is rooted in compassion, trust, and genuine connection, and I strive to help create a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and truly seen. It is a privilege to be invited into such a significant chapter of someone's life and I am deeply honored to be trusted to walk alongside you on this new journey.
